We’ve been waiting for this moment.
Lot 4 has hit a major milestone: the exterior is nearly complete. Windows are in, siding is done, and for the first time, you can really see the Mountain Modern aesthetic we’ve been talking about—clean lines, natural stone, and those expansive glass walls that frame the forest and fairway.
Inside, drywall is installed throughout. That means the rooms are no longer just framed studs; they’re now defined spaces. You can walk from the entry into the great room and actually feel the space. You can stand where the view will be and see how the architecture opens to the landscape rather than closing it off.
This is the stage where it all starts to click. The floor plan becomes real. And those view corridors we prioritized in the design? You can finally experience them from inside the home.
Lot 9 is also progressing, fully framed and moving forward on schedule. Together, these two homes from Denver-based 4240 Architecture are the first tangible proof of what Ghost Tree is: a collection of residences built around light, glass, and connection to the setting.
If you’ve been curious about the floor plans or wondering how The Ascend actually feels in person, now’s a great time to visit. Walking a home at this stage gives you a much clearer sense of the space than any rendering ever could.
Two homes are sold and under construction. Ten homesites remain.
If you’d like to walk through our first Ghost Tree home, currently in progress, please fill out the form below or contact Brett or Deana to schedule a time to tour the home.
